VERVOS 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

VERVOS is operated by Xinbai International Trade Limited.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery.

We accept returns for unopened, opened, or lightly used products that are returned in reasonable condition.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us before sending it back. After we confirm the issue, VERVOS will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we aim to process your refund within 4 days.
